STEPHANIE COOKSON

Stephanie Cookson “We walk many paths of mind, body, Spirit, emotion, distance, in learning and following our life purpose and soul's journey. Now is a time to be still, to be present, be in the moment”.

Stephanie is from the UK and moved to Toronto in August 2005. She has been studying and practicing healing for over 5 years, completing Reiki Master in April 2004, Sekhem Healing levels I and II in April 05 and an Intensive Course in Cranio Sacral Therapy in June 2006.

She has always had a strong commitment to healing and growth in self and others.

In addition Stephanie is a Registered Nurse (UK) with 19 years experience working in mental health, addictions, group and individual therapeutic interventions, leadership & management, policy and practice development, workforce development and education and training. Stephanie has a Masters In Business Administration and has worked in a range of settings, including the National Health Service, private education and training practice and in Holistic Treatment Centre.

Stephanie currently works with Reiki and Sekhem extensively in healing and teaching and is committed to the continued development of healing practice.

Stephanie is a member of the Canadian Reiki Association, a Registered Practitioner and Teacher.

Stephanie is happ y to work with other practitioners and is available to facilitate/co-facilitate workshops, circles, and interventions.
