APPLICATION PROCESS

Important:  We cannot process or retain on file incomplete applications.  Only those applications submitted in full (i.e. all required documentation and fee) will be processed. Any incomplete applications will be returned to the sender.

Applications may be submitted by email in pdf. format or mail.

• Mail these forms, plus copies of  ALL your Reiki certificates, plus the registration fee to:
